Privacy Policy

The information we collect:

  • All personal details which are knowingly provide to us through forms and e-mails such as a name, postal address, e-address, telephone number, etc.
  • Bank details, credit/debit card details depending upon the method of payment chosen.
  • Our webmaster records the number of visitors to our website to monitor interest. It is not possible to apply for membership or subscribe to the Club via the website.
  • We do not store any debit/credit card details under any circumstance.

Any personal information we collect will be used:

  • To process requests for further information or application for membership of the Club.
  • To forward to members information about the Club meetings, newsletters and invitations, and details of special events such as the Garden Party.
  • To forward to interested parties information about the Club and it’s meetings.
  • We do our best to keep all information secure by means of secure server software.
  • If a subscription/membership is cancelled, we will immediately delete personal details from our records; if a subscription is not cancelled, but allowed to lapse (through non-renewal), we will delete those personal details from our records by the end of the calendar year of the non-renewal or alternatively in agreement with the member.

We will not pass on personal information to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.

Cookies:

  • We do not aim to obtain, collect or keep cookies for any purpose.

Your Rights:

  • Members have the right to decline to offer any information about themselves other than their name, address, phone/mobile numbers, e-address and Next of Kin, which are required to enable the Club to conduct it’s business and communicate with the member.
  • Members have the right to request a copy of any information that is currently held about them. In order to receive such information please contact the Hon. Secretary.
